IMA offers the following training options:
International Seminars
Specialized by company function or sector of activity, which host about 1,000 executives per year.

For the year 2017, IMA introduced a number of innovations in inter-company training:

• With a view to greater flexibility in our offer, some seminars are scheduled twice a year, others three times. In addition, with the same flexibility, some training sessions are scheduled in two formats: the standard format runs from 8 am to 1:30 pm over two weeks and the intensive format takes place from 8 am to 4 pm on a week.

• We have created a special section dedicated to members of the CODIR (Steering Committee), bringing together themes directly related to the CODIR's field of activity, for example strategic management or project themes requiring support and impetus Of the CODIR to take root in the company, for example a sustainable development project or a digital transformation project. CODIR training courses do not exceed one week.

The objective of CODIR training is to provide companies with a springboard for implementing topical projects; As soon as some members of the CODIR appropriated an idea or a project, this idea could quickly spread to the entire CODIR to spread in the Enterprise.

The institute has two permanent training sites: one in Abidjan and the other in Lomé; Each site has an on-line computer room. In addition, some international seminars are held in other cities, according to a rotating scheme: Ouagadougou, Dakar, Bamako, Cotonou, Niamey, Douala and soon in Casablanca.

Characteristics of Intra Formations

Tailor-made or intra-company training courses are organized specifically for the personnel of a given company and take into account, in their preparation, the specific environment, the characteristics and characteristics of the company, unless otherwise specified by the client, Training is between 3 and 5 days.

Targeting our Intra-Company Training

We use three types of targeting: business targeting, cross-targeting, and targeting by personnel category

• Targeting by Job / Function
In-company training for this targeting involves functions or departments with at least 3 people; Where appropriate, the need is better satisfied by external training.

• Targeting to Transverse Formations
The transversal formations are those providing tools that can be used at all work stations, such as Management, Communication, Quality, Teamwork and others.

Another form of transversal training is the situation where a company wants to promote specific cultures conducive to dialogue, teamwork and cooperation; For example: Finance for non-financial managers; Customer relationship for non-commercial; Computer networks for users.

• Targeting by Category of Personnel
For this purpose, we distinguish 4 categories:
